As Ambassadors for Brighton & Hove we pledge to use your feedback to continuously raise the standard of everything a visitor experiences in our City, using our links with other local organisations
It’s a group of like minded businesses, passionate about our City, working in partnership to improve the quality of the Brighton & Hove tourism experience for visitors and locals alike.
We want to improve everyone’s experiences of our City, bring change to things that need it and to represent you the visitor by listening to what you tell us we could be better, or what new things we could offer you in the near future.
We want to know what you really like about Brighton & Hove, and the people who work here. But if you also have some feedback about the things you didn’t like we want to hear about that too! With your valuable feedback, positive and negative, we aim to improve your experience of our City by letting the people who matter know where they’re doing things well and where they can do things better.

We are giving you a voice to try to improve everyone’s experience of being a customer in Brighton & Hove’s hotels, shops, restaurants, visitor attractions, car parks – everywhere!
When you tell us what you like or dislike you can feel confident that there’s a group of people down here who are listening and who are prepared to speak up for YOU!
We really are interested in YOUR Feedback on anything that has really impressed, pleased or frustrated you on your visit to our City, such as:
- Your journey to and from the City
- Transport around the City (taxis, buses, bikes or boats)
- Public Toilets
- Places to sit (Public Seating
- Finding your way around the City (signs)
- The friendliness and helpfulness of people and workers
On a more general, wider level, you can help us develop new ideas for the future if you tell us things like:
- What was your overall impression of Brighton & Hove?
- Do you feel like coming back?
- Will you tell your friends to visit Brighton & Hove?
- Is there anything you think we should do or have down here that we don’t do or have at the moment?
- Or anything we should have more of, or do more often?
We will collate the feedback we receive and take it to the relevant body responsible for that product or service to tell them what’s working well and to lobby for improvement, and report back to you when we have achieved positive results.
